Please Note:
Beginning September 1, 2025, in person sessions will be offered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
They will be held at 659 Central Avenue, Unit 4. This just south of Oxford Street and east of Adelaide Street.
Online sessions will be offered on Mondays and Fridays – and on weekends, schedule permitting.
