How many sessions will I need?

Most clients see significant change within 3–6 sessions, depending on the issue. Some feel a shift after just one.

Will I lose control under hypnosis?

No. You remain aware and in control the entire time—hypnosis simply helps you access a more focused, relaxed state.

Can hypnosis really help with habits like nail biting or smoking?

Yes. By working directly with your subconscious, hypnosis helps you change patterns that willpower alone struggles to shift.

Is hypnosis safe?

Absolutely. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention. You can come out of it at any time, and it has no harmful side effects.

What if I’ve tried everything else?

Please Note:

Beginning September 1, 2025, in person sessions will be offered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

They will be held at 659 Central Avenue, Unit 4. This just south of Oxford Street and east of Adelaide Street.

Online sessions will be offered on Mondays and Fridays – and on weekends, schedule permitting.
